that is the view of the The Northern Ireland Affairs Committee report published today, looks like they swallowed the Gibson Report too. I find the report to be super simplistic and technically wrong. My review of the report is here http://url.ie/5e13
No one was ever convicted of the bombing and GCQH and the unpublished parts of the Gibson Report holds information needed to discover who did bomb Omagh. Why is Gordon Brown defending the refusal to share this info. Who bombed Omagh? & why can’t they convict the accused.
