Ireland has the lowest death rate too. Oh and the highest natural birth rate, is that lots of screaming and no drugs or the birth rate excluding non nationals 🙂
The exemplar network article on Silicon Republic was dated Dec 6th – Budget 2010 was Dec 9th and I have heard very little since from Minister Ryan on the subject. The last mention of it was in July 2009. This morning Mr. Ryan and his boss Mr. Gormley were yet again on the national airwaves spinning like spinning tops. Why don’t they ever get hard interviews?
