I see a long thin dark stick completely upright and not sure who is
holding it. from the b&w there is an upright stick and sean downes
right arm fully turned clockwise. officer who fired the bullet was
acquitted of a manslaughter charge. whats the deal with plastic
bullets? are you supposed to shoot people with them or shoot the air?
do they still use them if Ireland?
