Baltimore Technologies. 10 years ago around this time BALT was listing
on the the Nasdaq.
offer within the US and Canada of American Depository Shares (ADSs)
with a related quotation of the ADSs on the NASDAQ National Market
under the trading symbol BALT. The offering price for up to 8,500,000 shares will be set at the
end of a book-building process, on or around 26 October 1999. The
managing underwriters of the offering are Lehman Brothers Inc. and
Merrill Lynch International. I still have the t-shirt but it faded like the dot com darling, R.I.P.
Baltimore Technologies.
