The piece was in Liberia where the national industry of rubber has been re <strong>nationalised<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;On March 21, 1966, the Liberian Parliament adopted the Investment Incentive Code of the Republic of Liberia (the Code). The Code, revised on March 6, 1973, prohibits nationalization of private enterprises of private enterprises and aims to attract the foreign investment needed to stimulate Liberia&#8217;s economy.&#8221; [<a href=\"http:\/\/monrovia.usembassy.gov\/liberia\/img\/assets\/5816\/Doing_Business_in_Liberia.pdf\">source<\/a>]<\/p>\n<p>I can not find a www source that shows the legislation reversing this law.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Every onlooker is either a coward or a traitor&#8221; \u2013 Amica Cabra.
