Then go to YouTube video \/ edit \/ captions and add the SBV file.<\/p>\n

Now captions are attached to the video forever, but they don’t default to captions for video viewers.<\/p>\n

In order to force captions on add
\n&cc_load_policy=1&hl=en_GB<\/p>\n

to the params of the video. a tip i picked up here http:\/\/idratherbewriting.com\/2010\/07\/08\/showing-youtube-captions-by-default-in-another-language\/<\/p>\n
