IFSC House home of <br \/>Baltimore Technologies. 10 years ago around this time BALT was listing <br \/>on the the Nasdaq. <\/p>\n<p \/>  Baltimore Technologies plc (London:BLM) today announced a public <br \/>offer within the US and Canada of American Depository Shares (ADSs) <br \/>with a related quotation of the ADSs on the NASDAQ National Market <br \/>under the trading symbol BALT. <\/p>\n<p \/>  The offering price for up to 8,500,000 shares will be set at the <br \/>end of a book-building process, on or around 26 October 1999.
